Love Grover
PhD researcher, Physics · IISER Mohali
I am a PhD researcher in physics at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Mohali.
My work sits in theoretical and computational soft matter, with a focus on active matter: systems whose constituents convert energy into motion. I study how self-propelled particles organize at interfaces and how activity reshapes the fluctuations of semiflexible polymers, using statistical mechanics together with large-scale simulation.
I also build small interactive simulations to make these ideas tangible: the Active Matter Lab.
Research interests. Active matter and self-propelled particles; Statistical mechanics of soft & biological matter; Semiflexible polymers and active fluctuations; Large-scale molecular / Langevin dynamics simulation.
