Terms of Sale & Use

These terms cover the Active Matter Lab simulation packs sold from this site. They're written plainly on purpose. Buying a pack means you agree to them.
Who you're buying from
Love Grover, an individual seller based in India. Contact: contact@lovegrover.com. Payment is collected by a third-party payment processor acting as merchant of record; their name appears on your statement and your receipt.
What you get
A downloadable pack of Jupyter/Colab notebooks, their data files and a README. Delivery is immediate and digital — there is nothing physical to ship. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may convert at its own rate and add its own fees.
What you may do with it
- Run, read, modify and extend the notebooks, for as long as you like.
- Use them in your own study, research or teaching — including running them in a class or lab session you are teaching.
- Reuse the ideas and the physics freely. Nobody owns the Ising model.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.
- Upload them to a public repository, file-sharing site or course platform where others can download them.
- Present the work as your own, or strip the attribution from it.
If you want to use a pack across a whole department or coaching institute, email me — a class licence is cheap and I'd rather say yes than find out later.

No warranty
These are educational simulations, provided as-is. They are tested before release and I fix what gets reported, but I can't promise they are fit for any particular purpose, and they are not intended for use where an incorrect result would be dangerous or costly. To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to what you paid.
Changes
I may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Changes apply to purchases made after they are posted, never retroactively.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have where you live.
