30-day money-back guarantee
If an Active Matter Lab pack isn't what you expected, email me within 30 days of your purchase and I'll refund it in full. You don't have to justify the request — “it wasn't for me” is a complete reason.
How to ask for one
Email contact@lovegrover.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Include the order number if you have it. A person reads it — usually within two working days.
How the money comes back
Refunds go to the original payment method. Once approved, the payment processor usually returns the money within 5–10 working days; the exact timing is set by your bank or card issuer, not by me. You keep any files you already downloaded — I'm not going to chase you for them.
Cancellation
There is nothing recurring to cancel — every pack is a one-time purchase, so no subscription is created and nothing will ever bill you again. Cancelling an order after payment is the same thing as asking for a refund: email me within 30 days and it's done.
What isn't covered
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
- Repeated buy-and-refund of the same pack. One honest refund is fine; a pattern isn't.
- Problems that a reply from me would fix. If a notebook won't run, tell me what happened — I'd much rather get it working for you than take your money back.
If something is broken
Every notebook is tested end-to-end before release, but if you hit an error, email me with the message and which pack it came from. Fixes are free and go out to everyone who bought the pack.
